Picking up Reflection 303 next week

We live in N.Ca and on Tuesday we leave for Longmont CO. to pick up our 2015 Grand Design Reflection 303. We are trading in our 2013 Denali 262 RLX and although we are taking a loss on it we feel it's the price we pay for not doing better research before we made our purchase. We feel that this time we are doing it right. We have done fairly extensive research,taken a thorough tour, checking construction right down to the nuts & bolts. We have been in contact with another forum member who also bought a Reflection from Windish and we couldn't feel more positive. It's going to be a long tedious drive back to CO given we just returned home 5 days ago, but it's worth it knowing we will be bringing home our new addition.

We only have the 293RES. We are in Middlebury now and have been to the birth place of our trailer. I am very impressed. We got a personal tour of the factory and it was very cool. We were dead set on getting another Forest River until we found this one, best thing we have done. Is it 100%, I don't think so but it is very nice. I wonder if we saw yours being built. We won't be able to make it to the rally but wish we could. Enjoy.....

Grand Design reads every message on that website. If there are any serious concerns, managers will actually give you their direct work phone number.

That's one reason why Grand Design has a reputation for being extremely customer friendly. I read last week where they've produced 2000 Reflection models--an incredible feat since the company's only 18 months old.

They're going to be serious competition in the future to the other big RV companies.

My 323BHS Reflection trailer was produced this week, and we hope to see it next week.

Welcome to the GD family! We live in the Central Valley and have had our Reflection 303 since January and have put roughly 4000 miles on it since March. We have had a few issues, but due to the great GD customer service we have not missed a single night camping. Also I would highly recommend joining the GD owners forum, there is tons of great people with good information willing to help. The owners and customer service of GD also participate.
