Pinnacle REQS Kitchen slide stuck

I have a friend that has a 2011 Pinnacle REQS and the slide in the kitchen is stuck. I can not find the release for the "Brake" so we can push it in. Anyone ever had this happen to them?????

doesn't the kitchen slide in that model use a Lippert Schwintek slide system .... if so here is a link to trouble shooting it
