Just for info I ordered set SAILUN 637 G load tires for friend and this size is almost identical in diameter size of the GOODYEAR 614. 30.7 inches so good option to consider

My older Sailuns are labeled as LT tires and stamped for trailer use only.
The newer Sailuns are now labeled as ST tires. My understanding is that there have been new tariffs put in place on LT tires that Sailun avoids by labeling the tires as ST. The ratings have not changed only the designation.

Exactly right. I bought my Sailuns last year and they are designated as an ST but are exactly the same as the previous version. They now have a 4,080 lb rating which I am well under. We are just waking up the trailer from hibernation and the tires look perfect. I will check the pressures tomorrow but I bet they are at or very close to 100 psi which is what I set them at last year. They truly are a great tire.

I could have put "E" rated LT tires on my toyhauler and been within capacity since I have weighed all wheels and know the individual weights. However I decided to replace the tires with tires rated to the axle capacity of my toyhauler, which has 7,000 lb. axles. In my case it was a simple CYA decision.

Because most LT tires are "E" rated which equates to 3042lbs. The Sailuns are rated higher (F or G) so they can easily replace the ST tires found on many trailers without losing weight capacity.

I personally went with them because of what people said about them as I was researching.

And, from my understanding, these kind of are LT's, but for internatinal shipping they label them ST's. Again, that's what I've read on the internet, and we all know the internet is the Gospel. ๐Ÿ˜‰

But, seriously, I've been very impressed with the reviews. I will come back here at a later date and let you know how my experience went, but, that'll be awhile since they aren't even on my trailer yet.

I upgraded to H637s three years ago. Now I can cruise at 65 without a death grip on the steering wheel. Bought them online for 132 bucks each.

I've had the G614s for 5 years now and was about to replace them with the S637s. However, just sold camper yesterday and new one came with 614s. I have no problem using the 637s whatsoever. My partner at work has them on her camper(which I recommended) and are great tires. Here in GA we got them for $150.50 each from NTB. When the GYs are in need of replacing on my new one. I will buy the 637s.

Posted in the wrong thread before, but, got these home today and it only cost me $4.00 a tire to have them balanced. Here's a link that shows three different pic's of them: You'll have to copy and paste it, sorry, don't know how to do it otherwise.

Yes, Canadians get a raw deal a lot on shipping and items such as that, sorry for you all. But, wish we had your health plan!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Called the place where I got them, he called the place that is doing them. All is fine, they are ready to be picked up. I won't be able to get them till tomorrow or so though.

197 a tire here. Canadian eh!
Dropped rig off at 8 am and left truck hooked and was called at 10 to come and get it. Kal tire . $ 941.00 to take old junk off and balance/ install the sailuns. Metal stems and psi was 92.
Even with our dollar at 76 US I thought this was really good. No price for sanity and safety towing.
