Solar kit

I getting a Fury 3110 and it will be solar ready. So......I guess I'd need to buy some solar panel if I wanted to use it. I haven't done much research on it yet as it will,have a generator. Any info would be appreciated

Only a couple hours left, amazons prime sale has renogy 100 watt panels for $95 and tilting mounts for $48.

Suitcase makes sense only for the tiniest of systems.

I get more from my system in full shade that many of the portable systems. I also get charging in the rain. You also get charging as you travel. There is nothing to store, setup, or strike when making or breaking camp.

If it's solar ready the first question would be what size wire did they use. The wire size will determine how many amps it will carry.

What do you expect of solar? There is no bad amount of solar and people often want more after they have used it. People will often do an energy audit to size the battery/batteries and solar. Tell us more about how you travel and camp.

Sorry, not much help here...in the same boat, looking at what to get. I will say that initially I was thinking mounted panels, however have done a bit of reading and advice is portable so you can keep them in the sun. Suitcase style seems to be the thing....if you don't mind I will follow along to see what others have to say....good luck.
