Sundowner Toy Haulers

Does anyone on here have this style of Toy Hauler, Sundowner or other brand, (larger gooseneck models)? Basically these are based on horse trailer/cargo style gooseneck trailers. If so, pros and cons please! Thank you.

I have one.
Pros- built for long haul, garage for days.
Cons- lose ability to walk in bed above hitch
