Tire wear outside rear curb side

Had this problem in January, Took it to Camping World of Chicago. They replaced the shackles and bushings aligned the axles. I replace all 4 tires and rims had them balanced. Drove to Florida after it was in the shop a month.Looked OK Drove to Nebraska almost 3700 miles for the trip and i'm back to square 1. I have a warranty but I would like to get a little more insite on what might be wrong. Trailer is not over loaded. Trying to find a Dealer to make the proper repairs in this pandemic time.

Take it to a trailer shop and have them align it. RV dealers have no clue on alignments.

Take center of axle to center of axle measurements on both sides. I had a similar problem and the shop that I took it to said the rear axle had slipped a little. The distance between axle centers on the curbside was about 1/2"" different than the street side.

Could also be a bent spindle, especially on the curb side.

One tire wearing the outside of the tread ??
More than one thing to suspect but one big one on a trailer is the the tires tread delam issues. Most of the time a tire center of the tread is higher but I've had delam issue on the outside and on the inside of the tread.

How do the bearing look on that wheel ??

Don't take it to an RV dealer, they don't know jack squat about alignments. take it to an axle shop and get it aligned.

Your profile shows a Westminster CO address. If that is current contact Diversified Body & Paint Shop in Denver, 303-289-4797. They are a heavy vehicle & RV repair shop. They have done an alignment and repairs on my 5th wheel and I am very satisfied with the work.

It sounds as though you have a toe-in or camber issue....maybe both. Did they “bend” the axles to give the proper toe-in and camber measurements? memtb

First mistake "Took it to Camping World of Chicago" unless that is who you HAD to take it to.

Find a good independent Trailer repair/fabrication shop.

Do you have to take it back to the Camping World that did the work to have the warranty apply? Without pictures or seeing the tire, it's very hard to tell what the issue could be. You don't say whether it's one tire, two tires, or more. Triple axle, double axle?

All RV dealers are open if they want to be. You did not described how the tire is wearing. It is not unusual for the front curb side to wear uneven as the inside tire does not turn, it slides. It may be your rear is sliding on some turns as well.
Do you have China bombers or more expensive American or Europian tires?

Camping World should be open. I have family that manages a large CW store in Texas and they and open and overflowing with business. It may be state to state on who is open.

Yep its a going to be a real problem to get this done. but hopefully i can find a dealer to get this done. So when we can all start traveling again it will be ready for the road. Happy trails to all.
