Good call you won't regret the investment. I am so confident in my GY "H" tires I am not adding TPMS.

As I said above I would rather stick with what Gladiator web says.

However having a good G rated poly tire makes for more options for those that are looking for a low cost quality tire for rv trailers that sits a lot.

I sent this question to Simple tire.

JIMNLIN, if you look at the part number 1933273865 on the link you provided, that matches up to the poly carcass tire on Simple Tire site.

The all steel one carries Part #: 1143273865 on Simple Tire. Given that Simple tire is the major importer of these and Sailun tires I would go with what they have on their site.

First, do you need G rated tires? You didn't mention how heavy your 5er is so you may be doing overkill. An E rated LT tire may be enough. If I needed G rated, I would go with Sailun. IMO just as good as G614 and about half the price. Also check your rims. G rated tires require 110 PSI.

Just make sure your get the (AS) all steel "QR35-TR(AS) Trailer", as they also have a fabric QR35-TR Gladiator. Chris

Actually Gladiator websites shows just one Q35 which with the steel ply carcass tire ; (quote)
" It offers the QR35-TRยฎ, a Premium 5-rib Trailer Service tire that can also be used in all positions,"
Then lists the one 235/85-16 G along with 22.5" and 24.5" tires sizes.

Like Discount Tire or the Tirerack and other tire dealer add specs that sometimes are different than the tire mfg specs I would go to the tire mfg websites and get the info straight from them. http://www.gladiatortires.com/benefits.php.

I am very happy with my G614s. 12,300#s on the axles, plus 5k miles and doing fine.

16" load G Tires like the Gladiator Q35 or the Sailun S637 or the Hercules H-901 are more of a commercial grade tire that are more popular with regional haulers (commerce) on their trailers than the G614.
Main reasons are those folks may run 75k+ miles a year so dollars saved when tire costs are factored into the business.

I have six Sailun S637 on a 36' tri axle GN stock trailer with 7k axles. Great tire for the bucks.
