How would anyone know whether repairs were done at the factory or a dealership? It shouldn't have any affect at all.

No change at all, the value drops like a rock regardless. Now if you have major problems like delamination or major frame issues and they were disclosed that might turn buyers off. However run off the mill stuff isn't a problem imo

The value of RVs drops quickly so factory repairs won't have much bearing on the value other than the buyer may view a factory repair as "better" than a DIY or RV dealer repair.
