As an old RV Transporter who had to have the new RV's washed prior to delivery and a retired big rig driver, a lot of truck stops have wash bays or a truck wash located near by. In my day, it cost about $25.00 - $35.00 to have a rig washed. Probably a bit more now. Just pull in and ask them if they will wash you and how much.

Just had my wife wash the 5er with Mcquires cleaner wax 50 and it only took her two days to do the job. She is getting older and slowing down some but it is important for men to remember that, as women grow older, it becomes harder for them to maintain the same quality of trailer maintenance as when they were younger. When you notice this, try not to yell at them. Some are overly sensitive, and there’s nothing worse than an oversensitive woman.
She had to take a break when she was only half-finished washing the 5th Wheel. I tried not to make a scene. I’m a fair man. I tell her to fix herself a nice, big, cold glass of freshly squeezed lemonade and just sit for a while. And, as long as she is making one for herself, she may as well make one for me, too.
I know that I probably look like a saint in the way I support her. I’m not saying that showing this much consideration is easy. Many men will find it difficult. Some will find it impossible! Nobody knows better than I do how frustrating women get as they get older. However, guys, even if you just use a little more tact and less criticism of your aging girlfriend or wife because of this post, I will consider that writing it was well worthwhile.

If your on the road, try Blue Beacon truck wash. Around $55 for T.V. and trailer.
I was not aware of this option, but I see there is one located at the local (25 miles away) CAT scale. $55 would be well worth it to me

I washed mine in a campground in Utah, and when it dried it was covered in water spots. I had to wax it right after to try to get the spots off. Still have some spots. How do you avoid this problem, short of having a company come in and wash with soft water?
