We just stopped after driving a few hours through pouring rain and found water all over the floor on our Victory Lane fifth wheel. Nothing else is wet, not wall or ceiling or vents. anyone else run across this? Maybe through the bottom of the garage door? Have. Of noticed any leaks while we are stopped.

I just got home through more driving rain and it did it again. I sprayed the hose up into the area beneath the gas tank filler hose and it appears to be leaking up into the floor through there. I am pretty sure that is it now. There is a black plastic thing that covers the hose from the cap to where it goes down to the tank that I will pull of and reseal. It appears there might have been some kind of foil type material up underneath it that is now all pushed away to the side.

I had the same issue with my Four Winds Class C. Called Thor warranty and was told that on my model year the rear wheel well was not sealed. Since I am the second owner it was not covered under warranty?? The technician told me that the gaps in the wheel well needed to be sealed. I purchased some silicone sealant from the auto store sealed all the gaps and no longer leaks.

No slide. I did just realize that the screen for the garage door was haning down where the door shuts. Might have been wicking water up and Into the trailer. We are headed through Was tomorrow so maybe we will get rained on some more and I will be able to test the theory.

Do you have a slide-out over your tires in your trailer? Water spray can work its way up that way in a heavy rain and end up on the floor. Happened to me in my trailer.

and around entry door, if the seal is bad around it, water can leak through.

check windows, they are bad to leak through the seap holes. Also check the seals around all your outside compartment doors. If those seals are bad they can let water in. Also water can find a way anywhere. Ive seen a leak travel 5-10 feet through a wall before coming out somewhere else.
