I went over a cat scale last weekend and below are the numbers I was given. Truck is a 2013 GMC 3500 SRW, and a 2011 Montana 345 DBQ.

Front axle 4680
drive axle 6160
trailer axle 10200
gross weight 21040

any input into these numbers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks...

So how do those numbers compare to the towing specs for your truck, not the numbers on your door frame? Don't rely on personal opinions, get the specs from you truck manufacturer.

I actually upgraded my trailer tires to Michelin lt tires as I tow quite a bit in southern hot climates so I hope to be good. Thanks!!

Your weight numbers are very close to my 2007 Challenger (29TRL) and 2011 F350 SRW Ford. Just a little under 21,000 total and a little less than 10,900 on my trucks 11,400 GVWR. All less than their spec maximums.

You're looking pretty good. Ideally with fifth wheels, you get 2 weights:
1) of the truck + camper like you did
2) of the truck only (go park the camper in a truck parking spot)

Comparing axle weights are easy - your front axle weight was 4,680 and your maximum axle weight is 5,600. Your rear axle weight was 6,160 and your maximum axle weight is 7,050. Both are good.

You do want to compare the load capacity on your two tires in the rear to ensure that they add up to greater than 6,160.

To get your truck weight, you add the front axle (4,680) + drive axle (6,160) (equals 10,840) and want that to be less than your GVWR of 11,500. Again, you're good there.

The only other thing is you need to make sure that your axles and tires on the trailer have a capacity to carry the load (10,200 pounds).

The second weighing of the truck weight allows you to calculate your pin weight. That will tell you your trailer's gross weight (10,200 + pin weight) which should be under the trailer's gross vehicle maximum weight.

the camper was loaded and ready to camp. I am leaving for a 2 week trip shortly, so I will be loaded a bit heavier, guessing maybe another 750# or so in the trailer.

I assume this is with the trailer fully loaded for travel? If not you need to load it up and do it all over again to get some true ready to camp numbers.

The numbers look great as long as your GCVWR (everything) is over the 22,000 mark and I'm sure it is. Most likely abt 23,000. Mine is.
