Health Clubs.

We would like to use Health Clubs from Time to Time. The ones around here require a Contract. We are not going to be in one Place long enough to feasibly enter a Contract. Is anyone aware of a Health Club Chain that will allow you to pay per Visit?

The best one is Silver Sneakers if you are old enough. They are all over the USA. Used them in AZ two years ago and for 4 mos in Fla this year. The locations vary from state to state but I use YMCA and Any Time Fitness. Some insurance company's charge $16/mo some are free. Before turning 65 I used the YMCA Away Program which allows up to 2 weeks at any participating location across the US.

You can the YMCA or just look for parks with exercise rooms.

Seek out a RV park with exercise equipment. For the lady - join Curves. Begin hiking.

what about joining the Y? You can go to any location as you travel with your membership. My brother suggested when I mentioned wanting to go to various locations.

I do not know why the People I talked to here will not do that. I guees they are into turning down Money. It does not make sense to me.

We have found some that will allow you to pay per visit.
You may need to speak to a manager,as the folks at the desk may,or may not
be able to help you.
I'm guessing that most places would rather take in a few bucks for a few days than say no and send you on your way.
(My DW loves those places,and drags me along):)
