2009 Jayco Melborne 29C electrical

I just installed a toad jumper so I would not have to keep stopping to charge he battery on. My 2007 Jeep Wrangler. My first test is coming up this weekend and I just discovered that the electric outlets in the media cabinet (right of the installed TV) no longer have power..........I only added wiring to the electrical system and cannot find where I damaged any other wiring....I have checked the Power distribution box and all fuses and breakers appear to be fine....am I missing something?

Our Jayco has the filler on driver side just forward of the rear bumper. This is a long run back to the top of the gas tank. There's a long fill tube and a long vent tube. If those are crossed (I mean crooked, not cross-connected) or installed off level, very hard to fill the tank. I tried to re-position a little and it helped a little. Easy to do since they were restrained with Zip Ties... For me, trying to get into a slightly rear-high position helps.

On my Itasca Cambria the last 7 gallons i have to hold the nozzle and also the rubber vapor lock on the nozzle then slowly fill the tank. There is a rubber baffle that appears to be torn. These tanks must not have much of a neck on them.

On another note, do you have any trouble when filling up with fuel? I experience pressure backup and it either takes 20-30 minutes to fill with 20 gallons or I can' fill the tank.......I can fill up at most Pilot stops, but I have serious troubles everywhere else.

Thanks I had the bed up but did not see anything. With all the electrical stuff under the bed I probably missed it, thanks I will look again.

I have a 29C also.

I have had same thing happen. CHeck out your inverter. There is a popout or in on the side, hard to get to since it is under the bed and very close to the wall of the bed frame.

Reset it and you should be OK.


ALos when I replaced my lights with LED's, I triped a breaker and could not figure out which one. DO NOT relay on the id's on the breaker panel they are probably wrong, they were on mine.

I tripped all the breakers again just to make sure, but no change.....raced wiring as far as I could see
Anyway........
I only worked on the 12v circuit. Since the 2 Circuits (12v DC and 120v AC) do not have anything to do with each other I can't figure what happened to make the 120v outlets to go dead. It's only 2 outlets on the circuit that are dead, the others on the circuit stop work.........

WIsh I could get my hands on a copy of the electric circuit drawings.....

Toad jumper should be 12VDC

Outlets should be 110VAC

Two separate systems

Check AC circuit breakers by flipping to OFF then push hard back ON....don't just look at them
Also check for a tripped GFCI outlet in kitchen/bathroom rtc. that is on same circuit as wall outlets.

Then there is the possibility of loose wires
