We just purchased a 2011 Ventana 3433 about a month ago and still can't get over the workmanship and quality of the coach. I checked on Newmar's site for a 2010 brochure for the Ventana but there isn't one listed. If you can get the VIN number, you can call Newmar and get a build sheet if that helps. There would also be a record of any work done at the factory and I'd think any warranty work done anywhere. You might request a brochure. I'm sure if they have an electronic copy, they'd send it to you.
From what we were told, you should be able to get the records of maintenance work or repairs done on the chassis by calling the manufacturer. Ours is on a FL chassis but the '09 may have been Spartan. That year is pre DEF if that matters to you.
Based on our experience which isn't a lot, the Ventana is a great model and Newmar is a respected manufacturer who has been in business for years, even through the crash when so many manufacturers went belly up. Of course, how the coach has been maintained is really important.

I think that was about the time the big crunch hit and there were very few 2010 coaches built.
Good luck!
