We are considering a 2016 Bounder 35K by Fleetwood. Does anyone have experience in that last couple of model years with Bounder? If anyone has purchased this exact model, I would be interested in your experiences. What would be a reasonable asking price? They are asking approximately $118,000. Thank you!

We had a leak in the outdoor entertainment center, dealer replaced radio-leaked again radio went out. I installed a marine radio and speakers and did some detective work and sealer SMALL gaps and viola NO MORE LEAK. I agree with dahkota-we also had issues with satellite/DISHTV, so we "dished" the idea of having sat link, we do antenna or if have cable at park-then we have the best of both worlds. Thinking about doing the DirecTV thing with a portable dish on tripod. Our leveling system (driver's rear) seems to be leaking hydraulic fluid (hence reason going to get it looked at before warranty goes out), and we seem to have a compartment latch, that even when locked, will open with the slightest of effort. Other than that NO BIG problems. The toilets.....well, since vacuum-ANY SMALL piece of TT/etc gets between foot flapper and seal...the water will drain and the pump will continually run trying to get it's vacuum up (primed)-ask me how I know...or maybe not..!!!

Thank you for your information. It looks like I will be taking ownership on Saturday. Have you done any chassis modifications for a better ride? I have an older F53 chassis and had to add a front and back trac bar.

We have a 2014 Bounder 33C with a vacuflush. It has advantages and disadvantages. The bad - the noise. Until you get used to it, it is loud (for 30 seconds at a time). The good - we have no issues with 'bathroom' smell ever inside the coach and it uses quite a bit less water, which is great for us since we dry camp a lot.

The main advantage of having a vacuflush is that the floor plan doesn't have to conform to black tank placement - the pump can be located just about anywhere. Newer models have relocated the pump to a better location (not under the bed, so I've heard) where it can be worked on and won't be heard while sleeping. Also, On rigs with two toilets, it means only one black tank to hook up and empty rather than one for each toilet.

We have driven our Bounder over 33K miles in the almost two years we have owned it, going from Key West to Alaska and back. Our only problems have been with OEM equipment (satellite dish, water pump, leveling jacks); we have experienced no issues with the house or the chassis.

What is the purpose of the new vacuum toilets? The few RVs I've had over the years with a smell problem were cured with one of the Camco vent pipe devices. Our current Winne has one of the porcelain toilets and that has been the most 'comfortable' one we have had to date.

Hello, we bought a 2016 bounder 35K in December....the price you show is a good price (to me). Yes, we have the vacuum toilet-still not used to it, but are dealing. Ours makes a gawd awful noise, everyone (Fleetwood and Dometic/sealand) say that it "could" be noisy. YA THINK..... We are newbe full timers and love our 35K. We did have a couple of issues, but were resolved rather quickly. We do have an appointment in July to have a couple of things addressed before the warranty runs out, as we will not be near the selling dealer agin till end of year. The residential refrigerator was the. selling point for the wife. I like the bath and a half aspect. Feel free to give a shout if any questions that I may be able to answer.

Thank you so much. This is a 30th anniversary edition. I am curious about the vacuum toilets. Are both toilets designed with the vacuum sewer, much like the cruise ship toilets? I would think that this would be an added bonus in keeping the sewer smells out of the coach. What minor problems did you have with your coach?

A friend of ours has a 2015 Bounder. The biggest complaint he has is the toilet.
Don't know what brand it is but it does not dump like other ones, this one needs vacuum to get the waste to the black tank.
Good Luck
