I have just bought a 1995 Rockwood Regent and having an issue with the accelerator being very hard to push down. Needing help to determine if it's the 30-40 foot cable or linkage or fuel pump. Someone please help because needing to get from California to Texas and living in it. I guess you even have to go through the bed in back to even get to the pump? 6.5 liter Detroit pusher or Cummins

It is a diesel and a V8. Where can I find this info? It has an Allison 4 speed tranny, I believe. If that helps

I was told either a 6.5 liter Detroit or Cummins. It very well could be GM

We need to know what engine you have to be able to comment.

There is no such thing as Cummins 6.5. They do have the 5.9 in line 6.

GM did have a 6.5 liter V8.

Detroit Diesel had an 8.2 liter V8
