Antenna problems in Allegro 2013

We went on our first trip to San Diego last weekend, took our new 2013 Allegro 37' had a great time, was able to hook up to their cable (have been using our antenna when parked at home) now at home again, after hooking back up to the house (no cable just with the antenna) I can't get 1 channel. It seems like maybe the antenna isn't connected now. I can hear it turning, but i get nothing.

Is there maybe a plug that came loose driving home? Any help besides having to drive it to La Mirada would be greatly appreciated!

True, but I AM a RV Technician at a Tiffin Dealership and have worked on Tiffins for 34 years, so the OP got the same advice that Tiffin or the Network would supply. Doug

You need to make sure your TV knows it is hooked to cable, This is normally a menu setting, In your RV there is either a wall plate with a switch, Light 12 volt outlet and antenna connection, Light must be on

A box of many buttons, Power must be on and ANT sellected

Or a Sensar Pro (Wall plate with 3 buttons, several lights, and two digital displays) which must be in any mote other than CABLE. Tap the top left button to check the mode it's in.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.

Tiffin uses the round antenna. You either have the hand held wired remote or the IR remote control. At the antenna hook up plate in the overhead above the dash right hand cabinet you MUST push the black button on that wall plate and the green lite will come on. You also MUST put each TV into Antenna(air) mode in each TV's set up. You have 2 choices---CABLE or Antenna. If you had Cable at the Campground then the TV's were set on Cable and you have to reset each TV to Antenna now and then do a channel programming. Inside your Tiffin owners packet should be a paper outlining what I just posted. Doug

Do you have a switchbox that needs to be switched back to antenna from cable?
