Anyone deal with shop4seats.com?

We are looking at lounges and dinettes and was wondering if anyone has dealt with Shop4seats.com.

I would like to know about the experience and quality.

After much thought and contemplation, I have decided to purchase a new sofa sleeper from Simplicity Sofas and the model I will be buying is the TIMOTHY Sofa Sleeper with the Queen Mattress.

We removed the existing sofa sleeper today and will be talking to Simplicity Sofas about details on our replacement. We ordered three fabric samples and are now awaiting those.

I purchased a sofa this spring, picked it out and ordered it at their plant. Picked it up and they even stuck it inside my coach for me, great service, good product.
But, they are now offering credenzas, desks and tables for RV's. We emailed them and they said come and have a look. When we arrived the young lady (Ashley) had no clue what we were talking about. Finally they found a credenza in the shipping department.
If I had ordered this online and had it shipped, when I opened it I would have been very upset. The cherry colour was almost bright red, the fit and finish were absolutely terrible.
I expressed my displeasure with Ashley and I just got this dumb look.
These furniture items are built elsewhere and shipped in but are no where close to the quality of their sofas and chaires that are assembled in house. They are not a small operation, they have 98,000 square feet in La Habra.

Which one is no longer in business? DiscountRVfurniture is still online and selling seats. As I said, the price was great and the service was great. Does that mean that the philosophy of Shop4seats is less than great as far as the excellent customer service I got from DiscountRVfurniture?

When i was looking for a dinette discount furniture's website was blank, they said new pictures soon. i called repeatedly and no answer. When i did get someone on

the phone he was not very helpful. Quite frankly the man was a jerk. I gave him a second chance and he was still a jerk. Now if they are back in business in the last

two months i was not aware of that nor do I care. As far as i know Discount is just a reseller. Shop 4 seats built my dinette in house, I saw their production area, they

are first class and as I am installing the unit it is built real well. Discount furniture? Don't know ,don't care. Jerks don't get my business.
I just checked their website and the dinettes photos STILL have not been updated. What's the deal?

I have been thinking about a new drivers seat, something with some support. The ones in our Pace Arrow will wear you out fast.

Shop4seats.com have the same name and description of the seats that I bought from DiscountRVFurniture.com, which was also located in California. That was a few years ago and the seats were great and the shipping was per their schedule.

Picked up the dinette today, great job. All done in house. Dealt directly with the manager of the facility. They are the largest distributor of theatre seating in the country but their RV stuff is

built to order. Removed ultra leather sofa and installing Dinette already.

Wife and i have been to their factory, all made in house. Quality is there, going to have a dinette built for our class C. On our way right now...

( by I believe the same Ashley ) I wanted to look because on another forum ( can't find the link now) someone said the got it and the frame etc was cheaply done and might not last long ( material construction) and didn't sound to satisfied .. That said , they seem to look good on the website!!
