Hi all,
I just bought a 1979 Chevy Travelcraft, and I see under the stove a 110 to 12v converter/battery charger. But I cant find a switch that runs the coach lights from it, I can only run them from the coach battery.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks naturist,
As ancient as my rig sounds this beauty has been taken care of, only 64k, all new appliances, tires, and awning. Rear bathroom and most importantly all the cool 70s trappings :), A real man has to love wall to wall red shag carpet! I will take it down to the RV dealership and find out why the converter doesn't work. Thanks again for the .....

Dunno about any ancient wiring from your specific rig, but typically there aren't any switches for that. Typically the coach lights ALWAYS run from the battery, and when you plug in to shore power, the converter simply feeds the 12 volt circuits and if the lights are on, they wind up powered from the converter, while if off, that current goes to the batteries. Thus totally transparent to the user.
