It's a YouTube video, which one can easily tell from the link, so it's not malware but could still be spam.
This video is a "top fifteen" sort of list of someone's idea of nifty RVs. I didn't watch the whole thing, but the first one at least was nowhere very high on my personal cool-o-meter: a smartphone controlled sort of hard sided pop-up trailer thingy with vaguely Nissan Cube inspired windows.
