If it's up by the TV I don't think it's the converter..I'm talking about a converter that takes 120 volts AC and makes 12volt DC. Is this what your talking about??

Check the battery voltage. If close to 13.6 or rising the converter is on. If voltage is 12.7 or less and dropping the converter is off or not functioning.

I could be wrong as I don't have a Winnebago but aren't you talking about an inverter. I thought my friend had an Adventurer and he said that his inverter was up by the TV. It would not be the first time I was wrong. Gary

The converter/charger? If your plugged into shore power, it should be on. But depending on the coach, you could have some type of power management system that has tripped.

But the TV converter???
