For the first time in a long time I had to come home with part full tanks because it was pouring rain this weekend. Its 40-50 mi from here to the nearest place to dump. At our house in town we had a connection into the city sewer and could dump at home. But from out here in the country it takes a long ride. Lots of pilots have dump stations and you have a place right there in Millersville that will let you dump for a fee that I have used before. Good luck
How far north are you going? Off of exit 62 in Connecticut Hammonassette State Park has a large dump station. They charge to use it if you are not camping there - they charge the same as the daily camping rate (I think $30?). And... I don't know how much longer the Park's campground will be open.
Just an idea.

Many private RV parks will offer use of dump station, as well as many truck stops for a fee. There are several gas stations in our area that have free dump stations, we can also use sanicon installed on our class A motorcoach to dump at home if all else fails. Whatever cost or extra effort it takes to keep my dear wife happy is a small price and/or inconvenience in the long run, happy wife, happy life, makes for happy RVing.
