I saw these things on TV. I was wondering if they would help us improve our gas milage (if they actually work).

Any thoughts on this or other ways to improve gas milage?

I'm holding out until they offer at least one set of free Ginsu knives with them.

The only thing that will improve fuel mileage is inside your right shoe.

I would think that to save 1 mpg vs. the cost to have them installed I would keep my money and put it towards gas. If I'm that concerned about 1 mpg then it's time to sell the MH and stay at home.

I guess that I am niave-flame me if you want to-, but I kinda believe that when a vehicle is engineered it is set up for the best combination of power, mileage, emissions, and longevity. I run my vehicles stock and as far as I can tell, I have about the same combination of power, mileage, etc as all the rest.If you want better mileage lift your right foot a little bit.

I had to laugh when I went to the website!

To the OP: If these things really worked so good, don;t you think every manufacturer would already include them in the design of their cars. Just think...they can meet ever increasing government fuel economy demands with just sticking these things on the roof! No more expensive research and development of fuel saving engines and use of expensive alloy metals. Just stick and save!

The "simulated" wind tunnel tests show a 5% decrease in wind drag? So there simulated tests show a simulated 1.3 miles per gallon better fuel mileage. I guess my simulated check would be good enough to buy them with? I have an idea, why don't they put their product on a real vehicle and wind tunnel test it or better yet drive it? Looks like the old snake oil to me.

I am anxiously waiting. I hope they are as good as the magnets I bought to put around my gas line.
