Getting Bigfoot Levelers installed on Wed

....by Quadratech, the manufacturer of the Bigfoot line. Driving the 250 miles, having them installed, and camping in Michigan. Should be fun. Yes, many of you installed yourself...but they have a special right now and I could not pass up.

We just bought our C in late August. It has the brackets for the Bigfoot levelers already installed. Should be a nice addition.

An excellent and “brilliant “ decision! When we bought our class c, having auto- leveling, was one of the stipulations! We purchased ours with, the “other” brand....what a disappointment! Our 14 year old 5er has the Bigfoot auto-level system....so far....extremely pleased!

UPDATE: BIGfoot installed! Took 3 hours. I drove up the day before, camped in their parking lot w/ their free 30A hookup. Walked 1/4 mile to a diner for dinner, watched TV, and in the morning...off it went for the install. Went fine. Showed me how it all worked. Paid by check to avoid the "handling fee". Drove home.

Worst thing about it: drive up via I-55 and I80 / 94...toll roads and TRAFFIC. However, I drove home via mostly 2 and 4 lane state routes, adding about 1.5 to 2 hours time to the drive...but the fall colors in Indiana (I live in Peoria IL area) were worth it.

What else can I say? Great addition to the rig.

Mine were factory installed on my FW. After repeated problems with road spray finding its way into the rear fluid tanks through the vent hole, I had them relocated inside of the belly cover. No problem since. Tried mud flaps first but that didn’t help.

Cleaning the tanks out isn’t rocket science but it’s a messy, unpleasant job.

Ohhh nice! I did our own installation on our previously owned E450 but if you can catch Bigfoot when they have their installation special and you can arrange to travel to have it done, it's a very good deal. It was one of our more appreciated additions to that rig. I suppose we could have done without that luxury but then again, we could still be using a tent out of the trunk of our car! 😉

please let us know if they did fit on your brackets. as we are thinking on buying them and installing them ourselves. we also have a ford chassis E450, with the brackets for mounting.. thank you

I drove 2,000 miles roundtrip to have them install mine. Very pleasant experience.

My Forester came with 'em from the factory. Forest River "forgot" to attach the leveling sensor to the floor so I was pretty unhappy until I figured that out. Now, set up is a breeze.

I'm sure the people at Big Foot will treat you right, they are a pleasure to talk to on the phone.

I made some jack pads similar to the ones on the link below, but a bit thicker so I don't have to run the jacks out as far.
