Is is getting near time for my annual maintenance service. Has anyone had experience with Big T in Oxnard? I am wondering whether there are good or bad experiences in covering essential maintenance items and how their costs are.

I use them for parts and yearly service and will use them again in a month or two. I tried Cummins Cal Pacific and Quinn but after a few calls and no one around who could schedule an appointment I gave up. That is how I ended up at Big T's.

You also have Cummins Cal Pacific a few blocks away. They were a Monaco warranty facility where I had warranty done there years ago. They were okay, but not fabulous. They use to make appointments for coach work, such as oil changes, but then stopped. Business got slow so they take appointments again and have a decent waiting room. I just bought filters from Big T's, my first experience, now that I have a Freightliner.

I used Big T once for warranty work. No issues, all repairs were satisfactory also no charge so I have no knowledge of prices.

FWIW, they were in business in Ventura for a lot years before they moved to their Oxnard location. They seem to stay pretty busy.

Sorry I can't offer more info.
