Had the same problem with my 2003 Southwind, found the style of headlight and used JC Whitney to find a replacement set. $150/ea., the cheapest I could find. very happy with the replacement. Came with the bulbs. Just an FYI

Does it look like this one on Amazon?

You need to replace the whole assembly not just the bulb.

You can Google your numbers you have. Mine are the same as my 1997 Ford F-250 and I picked them up on e-bay. Jim

Are you wanting to replace the bulb or the entire headlight assembly? The TYC number you have generally is for the entire assembly. It may very well come from a Ford Broncho. The headlight assemblies on my coach are same as those on a Lincoln Navigator. Amazon generally has the best price on those replacement assemblies.
