Hehr Window on a Roadtrek

Recently, when we tried to open a Hehr jalousie window on our Roadtrek, nothing happened when the knob was turned. It appears that maybe the torque operator is broken. When outside the Roadtrek, the window can be moved by hand. Are there any folks out there who have successfully repaired these windows, and where did you get the replacement parts? I'm unsure if Hehr is still in business, judging by an internet search.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Going through Colorado Springs anytime soon? I replaced one of my windows last summer, still have the old frame sitting around here somewhere.

Research archives for a post from "mikeydaldog" on 9/8/2012. He speaks to this very issue with clear instructions on how to replace. I printed out the information for future reference, and the location to order the replacement arm is Pelland Enterprises, 1-800-216-2786. Model # H119-339, Hehr Torque Operator, Medium, cost back then was $24.31. Hope this helps.
