Yes. I have the 1.5" bar for Class C motorhomes on the rear of my van. However, the vans have a bigger stock front sway bar than the cutaways. If you have a pre-'08 E-series, at the very least upgrade the sway bar bushing to polyurethane. If you still have the stock rubber bushings, you probably get a couple degrees of roll before the bar even engages. (The '08+ units have a much better design).
