A battery fully charged will read 12.6-7VDC in its RESTING state.
Consider this handy STATE OF CHARGE CHART
If you are connected to shore power and your smart converter/charger is powered up you may see any of these DC voltages depending what smart mode the unit is in at the moment:
Boost Mode: 14.4VDC - Rapidly brings RV battery up to 90 percent of full charge
Normal Mode: 13.6VDC - Safely completes the charge or maintains the charge
Storage Mode: 13.2VDC - Maintains charge with minimal gassing or water loss during periods of non-use or storage
