Isx15

Will a isx 15 deleted EGR but still on there. The cooler deleted also, does that stop the water from getting to 5an 6 cylinders. There is a line that comes off the cooler and goes to the block. I guess I’m asking does it still circulate through EGR and in the line to the rear of block

on the ISX15 the coolant to the cooler goes from front to back. The port in the rear of the block is the return and goes into a large coolant cavity which also includes the oil cooler assembly.
That cavity in the block runs the entire length of the engine so coolant will get to all cylinders and then up thru the head.
