I'd like to make contact with others who own one of the new (2004, 2005) Pace Arrows so we can share experiences, problems, good things, etc.

If you cut one wire at a time it's doubtful you blew a fuse. If you cut two wires in the same go, then you probably did.

Most house fuses are near the circuit breaker panel but since you've already checked there, another place to check would be inside that big box in or near the battery compartment.

I have had that fuse go as well. It had been awhile and the old brain does not work as well as it once did. I think the fuse was under the "hood" in the black box o fuses.

Smoke from a nearby forest fire caused my CO sensor to go off last night. The alarm wouldn't stop sounding, and the crimp connections prevented easy disconnect, so I took the brute force approachโ€”cutting the wires. That stopped the alarm, but it also disabled the propane alarm and the tank sensors. Does a CO sensor have to be wired into the circuit? Or did I blow a fuse? If so, where is the fuse located? All the coach fuses in the panel cabinet seem to be OK, and besides none of the labels seem to apply. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Can anyone tell me how to disable the cassette auto-reverse function of the OEM in-dash radio? The radio is labeled "CDC Control VR180".

TIA.

Having problems with full wall slide, when ready to leave campground, tried to retract slide, would do nothing. checked a few things, and had power to control box. the only way the slide would come in, I had hold in on reset button on control box while my wife pushed retract switch for slide. If I don't hold reset button, the slide stops. has anyone had this problem?? 06 Pace Arrow 36D..

Seatec,
That's where mine is. Just above my propane tank on the right. Careful when you take the panel off, that board will be "hot" unless you're unplugged and have hit the batt disconnects. It's not a big problem, just never know of other people's skills and comfort level. Don't want to go poking around in there with a screwdriver ๐Ÿ˜‰

NOpe, i appreciate you cautioning me. ill take a look at what i can find in there.

Seatac,
Windshield wiper issue - Not sure if you have the same W24 chassis. I had that happen one time after going down a bumpy water-board road - resolution was the relay panel in the engine compartment, just open the panel and push in on all the relays. I had alot of other very strange issues and that was one of them. Good luck!

There is a circuit in the Batt Control Center that enables charging the chassis battery depending on voltage available. Mine blew that fuse. I forget what the number was, it was a 3A fuse, and as you open the cover on the BCC, it was on the right side, down towards the bottom. I'd check the fuse(s) first. If you have 13.5 on the house batts, then that circuit is likely the problem.

Is the converter suppose to charge the Main battery as well? Mine keeps draining. Have another funny thing happen. When i start the coach up the windshield whipers start working and can't turn them off. I swear this coach is haunted.

The glass cabinet doors are one of the few things in my 2004 36B that doesn't rattle! ๐Ÿ™‚

Finally had some time on the last trip to pull all the doors off, remove the strips, and apply a healthy bead of silicone caulk all the way around the glass. The trip home, over rough Mass highways and bridge joints was MUCH more quiet.
Easy project, huge payoff.

Jim

Thanks for the Tip
