Maps of where you have been

I see them all the time, but I have never seen them for sale. Where does one buy the maps that you put on the back of your rig showing what States you have been in?

Thanks

Buster

I also use the term "maroon" to describe those idiots who think that cutting in
front of a MH is OK, or those "maroons" that don't accelerate on freeway on-ramps and hit thier brakes just at the gore point. I think I got it from Bugs Bunny who called any number of characters "maroons".

We want to do a vacation to Hawaii and one of the things i'de like to di is rent a VW Van Camper for a couple nights! There is (hopefully still is!) a rental company that rents them! That would be a great little trip.

We skipped the map and did post cards or fridge magnets. Each little place we stop, including roadside attractions, national parks, state parks, etc...we buy a postcard and/or magnet. They are all in our Trailer...and it looks great. Sometimes we end up with a hat or lapel pin and it goes on the curtain when no PC or magent available.

I will apologize for my tirade also. Drove too many miles and got cutoff by too many maroons I guess!

Isn't that being a bit racist? How did you know they were Maroons ? Or did you mean a sort of purplish red colour (color for you those that speak American!) Or did you really mean morons?

Just in a "Stir the Pot" mood today :B

Apology accepted.

We all do it sometimes, and especially when cut of by morons all day.

I think the solid color ones are plain. Then I found the one I have at Camping World (The one in the link). I have seen a couple others that are gaudy!

Thanks all of you who kept on the subject. I was wondering where I could find them and thanks for the help. I too would like the solid color maps, they are easier to read. And to those who do not like them, just don't put one on your rig. I bet you wouldn't like someone telling you, you have to have one. Many people have fought and died giving us the right to choose.

Thanks

Some people don't need a map to brag.

Be sure the map comes off easily when you go to sell the RV. Such a map only shows the potential buyer what abuse the RV has undergone.

I doubt you would intentionally mislead anyone, and theres nothing wrong with accentuating the positive and downplaying the negative, but after months of listening to LIARS trying to sell me their campers, this just rubs me the wrong way.

What ever happened to being open and upfront with folks? The guy I finally bought from told me he put 11,000 miles on the thing last year. He volunteered, I didn't ask. I respected him for that and bought his camper. I can tell you that had I cought a hint that he was trying to hide how much it was used, I would not have bought it.

Why does everyone have that used car lot mentality when trying to sell something? Some of the stuff that was pulled on me when I was looking to buy a camper should be considered criminal.

Not saying Dick B is one of those guys, but why hide the truth?

Just like any other bumper sticker, I may not agree with what your's says but I
certainly agree that you have the right to put whatever sticker on your vehicle that you want to.

No, I don't want to know where you've been!

And stop bragging already.
