Memories of Moab, Utah

. Five years ago today- the Class "B" Rally
was held. On Saturday Night (October 4th) we gathered for a pot luck dinner and held a dog show contest. Our Dandie won first prize.;)


Sunday - heavy rain storm in the afternoon. Drove to the Bar M Ranch
(parking lot was red clay and a real joy to remove from the van)-
and we witnessed a double rainbow.

The food & show were both very enjoyable.

The names I remember are few now. Julie & Chico - Abbey - David (who
made the fire pit).I believe there were 3o or so "B" on hand.

Oh, how I hate getting old and forgetting names.:o

There has been an established RV.net B Rally for 10 straight years and B11 is planned for Lake Monroe in southern Indiana next May. That information can be found here:

The similar less structured B Socials with many of the same cast of characters that have gone to RV.net B Rallies has been organizing when someone just picks a date and site and says come. I've tracked those as best I can and this is what has gone down. Note the theme of spring and fall. Mainly dates easier to book a campground.

There are other groups more manufacturer specific that have been having rallies as well and there have been a lot of impromptu very mini B rallies that have gone on. We have attended a couple of those in Minnesota.

We were there 5 yrs ago, and just returned from another visit. LOTS of changes, most not for the better we thought.

It's been that long? I was there. We've been having several socials since. The last was just in Council Grove, KS last month and several of us continued on to Moab again.
