Monaco Roadmaster Chassis... Need Info Please

Looking for information on Roadmaster chassis...

We know there are 3 service centers in the entire US, but....

Where do you take a Monaco for chassis inspection prior to purchase? Do you have to go to Tx, Or, or Indiana?

What happens if you need a part for the air ride suspension? Looking at a coach with the RR10S suspension.

What have you Monaco owners experienced trying to obtain parts or service when you are 100's or thousands of miles from an authorized service center?

Yes I know. I just wanted to let the op know coach care could do the majority of chassis work.

We have never had any problems getting service done to our chassis. You don't say where you are or where you'd like to have it inspected. Would be easier to zero in on a good shop familiar with the chassis if you did.

That included ride height adjustment, shocks, and engine, transmission inspection. We have been very satisfied with their service. They have facilities all over the country.

There are plenty of answers to get Monaco parts and the support guys in Oregon can even tell you their supplier to bypass getting them directly from Monaco themselves and go to their supplier....Also Alliance Coach in Wildwood Fl used to be the old Monaco factory service center for south and they know the coaches cold. Plenty of service and knowledge is out there for the true Roadmaster chassis setup...no worries at all. If you call Monaco themselves with the coach number/VIN, they can send you a build sheet showing you the source and serial number for everything in the coach.

The front end and read end are standard and still available units. All the other parts, like bushings are available. The few parts that aren't available, rarely have issues, and if they did, they would be repairable, ie...straightened, welded, etc.

115k on ours... only parts needed have been easy to obtain.

Any good RV chassis or truck shop can fix the chassis. It's not anything unique. The trick is finding a "good" RV chassis or truck shop. Some truck shops just don't want to mess with RVs.
