replacing original in dash stereo/dc player.

Is this pretty simple? I don't see a brand name on the original, is it just a standard double din size. RV info below, also any suggestions on brand or options I should consider. Mainly looking for good blue tooth and an aux input.

The indash radios Fleetwood uses are not double din radios. A double din will fit, but you have to cut about 1/4" more from the top or bottom. I just replaced the one in mine, used a single din Pioneer, and used a Ford adapter, Metra part number 99-5806, or 99-5802.

Mine has a Built in 6 cs changer so no remote to worry about with this thing. I am not even sure I own 6 CD's anymore lol.

Mine was easy to get out---the problem is I can't find a replacement that has the option for the remote 10 disc CD player. On mine I removed the whole back side of the dash and there it was....But now can't find a replacement for the Sony that was in there and to add to the confusion I threw the old one away!

Look for the small holes you slide in the special tool and it should release the stereo and you can pull it strait out.

I don't know. I haven't looked at it all that closely. I've swapped car stereos in the past. I can't figure out how to get into the dash.

Our rig in my sig. Very similar to yours. The OEM in-dash stereo is junk. They make all manners of adapters to make any standard size car receiver connect. My problem is that I don't know how to get the dash apart. Any suggestions?
