In my 06 Roadtrek I'm finding out it's pretty common to have leaks from rain and below the AC unit.
Now that I'm getting ready to sell it, do the stains/leaks devalue it?

Something to pass on to the new owner.
Those Rtโ€™s need to be parked with the front slightly up when parked in the rain so the water drips out the back of the AC pan.

We have successfully used OxyClean on water stains. Mix the powder in some hot water to dissolve, put in a spray bottle and apply. Let it work a few minutes and wipe off. You might need to wipe several times as it sometimes leaves a white deposit when dry. Stains just disappear!

Leaks/stains are a turnoff - at least for me.
