I'm looking at my Hwy routing leaving Anaconda, MT mid to late Sept or so and it's taking me on Hwy 43 to Hwy 93 S than picking up Hwy 21 and dropping into Caldwell, ID through Eagle.

Normally, I take I-15S and cut over at Pocatello or 20 from Idaho Falls but thought something new might be interesting. I suspect that there will be some hills to climb and wouldn't consider this route if there were snow warnings but, given good weather should it be something to consider with a 40' MH and Toad?

Thanks for any input.

ID-21 is mountain driving, but nothing you can't handle with your rig. When you hit Eagle, you will be about 75 miles from our place and a whole bunch of state parks around lake Cascade.

That stretch is a great drive I have done it on the Harley many times and with the coach once.

I don't see any problems.
Stretch from Anaconda to MT43 is a little narrow in some places but no problem.
