Thanks for the advice on having the Sprinter chassis warranty work done elsewhere, bobojay5. I will find a MB dealer to do that work, hopefully it won't be necessary!

Haha! Yes, they made a work order with everything on it. They just did not follow it too closely, and failed to check everything off of it before delivery back to us. So, my advice (free, so it is worth that), make your own list and check each item off when you pick up your coach-DO NOT ASSUME they have done everything. AND, check not only the items it was taken in for, but everything else in the coach too! Flip switches, turn valves, activate fans, check seats, etc. do a thorough walk around. Wow, $116.00 for 7/8 of a quart of oil, and 20-25 minutes time? I'll do it myself even if it is a b***h to do on the ERA genset.
I believe once you get your small issue items taken care of, you'll be happy with your coach. Remember, it's a house on wheels, so stuff will vibrate loose and break, so expect regular upkeep & tool time to be part of your regimen.
Have you found, or know of a good Sprinter dealer to do your chassis service work? Do not!! let McClain do your Sprinter chassis service A & B. Specific oils and fluids are required for the Sprinter to maintain it's warranty
