Service center northwest CT? HELP!

We live in northwestern CT, Litchfield County. We own a 1992 Roadtrek which we bought in 2013. It is in pretty good shape but this is our first RV. We have had bad experiences with the closest Roadtrek dealer (Crowley) and are looking for advice on where to take our van for service and repairs.
The closest Camper World is Kingston NY, about 2 hours away, is it worth the drive?
Also looking for a body shop or ? to get it painted. Do I dare go to a body shop that is not familiar with camper vans? Any recommendations?
Thank you in advance for your help.

There was an RT dealer with service in Kingston, NY - I am not sure if they are still there. Check the RT website for dealer locations - put in your zip and the three closest will come up. There is an RT dealer on Long Island but I have been advised to avoid their service and they don't seem to have any RTs to sell. There is an RT dealer in NJ that many like. We take our RT on Long Island to PA where we bought it for service.

I doubt you'll find many RV service centers that do body work and painting. Most likely if they took it on they would sub it out. We needed body repair from a fender bender on one of our Bs. I just drove around and checked to see if they had garage doors tall enough and picked a local body shop.

We found a local body shop willing to work on our Unit The local Freightliner dealer can do service and generally has a body shop, though they tend to be expensive. We have had great luck with independent Freightliner authorized service providers. Camping World is great, but I tend to use them for RV issues. Finally, I have been able to resolve most RV related issues with instructional videos from YouTube.

crowley has only had roadtreks for a couple of years-no experience with older roadtreks-campers inn in massachusetts has roadtreks-but also not for very long. I would contact roadtrek directly and ask for advice. a 23 year old van camper -there is a camping world in berkely mass.
