slide out maintenance

Hi all,
I have an RV with a single slide out and was needing some tips and advice on self-performing any required slide out maintenance instead of paying high cost for the technician to do it. my slide out works perfectly fine but wanted feedback on how and when should i lucubrate tracks and gear slide mechanism, what products to use and so on. any feed back would be much appreciated. the below link shows the exact type of slide out on my RV

Clean the slide seals and lube with baby powder or dry lube.
Wipe clean the rails, gears and all sliding parts then spray dry lube.
