Slides not working on 2003 Monaco

Hello,
I started my 2003 Monaco motorhome and was getting ready to pull it out for cleaning today and my slides are completely dead. Can anyone give me ideas on what I could check to fix this problem? Everything else seems to be charging and working fine. Thank you!

Yup. Monacos, at least the midpriced ones, have an ignition interlock on the leveling jacks, slides, AND awnings

Isn't there an ignition interlock that prevents the slides from moving with the ignition turned on?

You may have a fuse in your front run box. It's a 5 or 7.5 amp fuse. There are also fuses at the motor that runs the hydraulic pump but if all slides are dead I suspect the one in the front run box.

How many slides?

Usually the hydraulic slides move fast, the electrics move slower. We have three hydraulics and one electric in the Dynasty (the bed is on the electric slide). Our new coach will have all electric.

If hydraulic, there may be a fuse on or near the hydraulic pump. Usually the pump is at the front passenger side maybe under the inside steps.

I'm sure the really smart techy people will chime in soon.

Good luck,
MM.

Which Monaco do you have? Are the slides hydraulic or electric?
