Surburban SF-25 Gas Furnace No Heat

Furnace was working fine until I ran out of propane. Had propane refilled and drove home. Reconnected house power to RV. Gas stove works. Raised the thermostat. Turned thermostat to heat. Furnace blower comes on for 30 seconds and turns off. I do not smell any gas and cannot hear any electrode ignition "clicking" noises. Parking break is set. I even tries starting the engine to make sure the furnace is getting plenty of voltage. No change in operation.

Any ideas what I need to check. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Russ

On an old Class C, we had to run the water heater a while to release air bubbles in the propane lines to get the furnace to start. Furnaces have safety devices that sense when gas supply is good and won't let the furnace ignite with air bubbles in the line.
You should hear a sizzling or tiny whistling sound when spark ignition is trying to start the furnace.

After tearing into and checking voltages on the limit switch and sail switches all tested good. I did not find any debris that could prevent the sail switch from performing its function. I put it all back together and the furnace just started working. There was one other thing I did that may or may not have had an affect. I turned off the propane at the main tank and slowly turned it back on. All is good and thanks to everyone for their suggestions. I have uploaded a series of pictures to flickr of the SF25. https://flic.kr/s/aHskQh1pdH

Most of the time you can use compressed air to blow out the furnace. The switches don't go bad, they get restricted by very small pieces of debris.

The sun is up and time to go back to work on this heater issue. The youtube video I referenced is not my model number so the sail switch is not so easily accessed. Before I start tearing into this unit I need someone's advice on what I need to do to gain access to the sail switch. See picture..

This video showed me where the sail switch is located... https://youtu.be/foPtSXWNrXc

What a great resource bryantrv.com is. I saw the sail switch on the documentation that I have, but no idea where this switch is located on the unit. I will try again tomorrow... Thanks. Your website recommendation has been bookmarked for future use. ๐Ÿ™‚

Newer high efficient units seem to work when other items do not.
Only other thing would be to keep trying restarts.
It is possible that the sail switch could have picked up debris. With no ignitor operation and no smell of gas this could be a issue.
Try checking Bryantrv.com for complete troubleshooting.

I will give it a try. Does it matter the the stove works flawlessly?

Try turning the tank back off, then turn it on very slowly. Then cycle the furnace and other appliances.

No luck. Tried about 8 times. Still shuts off after exactly 30 seconds with the thermostat set on 85 degrees.

It will take several attempts to clear air out of the propane line. Turn unit off, then back on. It should work after three or four attempts.
