I asked Coachmen about mine, similar to yours. They advised against it. So, looking underneath, there are places to fasten one there. I was thinking about the tire winches on pickups, but these tires are heavier. So, maybe jack it up with blocks on one side then the other, etc, and fasten it rachet straps and a safety chain. Personally, I'm thinking that if I carry a small motorcycle and a cellphone, and can relax in the motorhome if I have to wait, maybe I don't need a spare to change myself.
Some have suggested tying one up in the back frame, but only the tire, not the wheel, then calling the cavalry, who will always have the tools, but not necessarily the tire, with them.
The weight is significant, since I will be at max tongue weight when pulling trailer, and don't want to max out the chassis overall. So far, no spare.
While driving for hours, I see lots of trailers with flats, but motorhomes on the side have the hoods open, never seen one with an obvious flat yet. Yes, I know, it happens, though.
