$1700.00 per year in Eastern MA. $2400 -$3600 will get you a very nice spot. You can also buy a lot in an RV resort. Lots of options.
Good idea for someone with a travel trailer or 5th wheel; however, a motor home needs to be driven on a regular basis. I try to take mine out at least monthly for a drive of about 30 miles.

However, if you still want to RV, why don't you consider trading the motorhome for a Class B van conversion. AS easy to drive as a car, yet still a real RV!

This has my vote!!! This is the best of both worlds! Enjoying all the pleasures and fun of RVing without all the driving. I have friends in Ariz. at a nice RV resort park their RV on a yearly basis who don't even drive to the Park but rather just fly into an airport and then rent a car:):):)

have begun to think about contracting with Camping World to sell it on consignment.
Big, BIG, huge mistake.
While you will take a "hit" with any consignment sale, CW likely will be much worse than most others......given their track record with everything else.
You live in Florida, where there are literally hundreds of RV dealers, sometimes within a few miles in some areas.
There MUST be a better alternative.
I am nearing the same decision point next spring......and haven't decided what to do yet either. I think I will talk to RV Swap Shop first. There is one near to me.

All Motor Homes are RV's. All RV's are not Motor Homes.

I would look for a place close by that knows how to sell RV's.
