Hello! I have Goodyear G670 RV tires on my Class A motorhome. I am setting up my TST TPMS, but unclear what I should set the Hi/Lo temperature and pressure alarm settings. Can anyone lend some advice?

TST gives you their settings and tells you to leave it there. that`s where I leave mine at.

I believe TST manual says default temp should be fine and pressure should be 10% below and 20% above your cold tire pressure.

Leave the temperature at factory settings. They don't recommend you change those. As for the pressure settings, weigh your coach. WEIGH YOUR COACH. Did I remember to say, weigh your coach.? Yes, I did. That's the only way you know what your tire pressure should be. Once weighed, go to Goodyear's site and air up accordingly. I set my tire pressure about 15 psi above and about 10 psi below what I have them aired up to. Hope this helps...oh! and weigh your coach. ๐Ÿ™‚ ....Dennis

Upper temps will vary greatly with the season and the location. I found that the upper temp limit is really not too critical as long as all of your tires are running in the same approximate pressure range.
Set your TPMS for about 20 psi over what you feel is the correct psi based on your coach weight. Set the low for about 10 psi lower than your optimal pressure and just see how things go.
What you are looking for is one tire to do something strange like running way too hot or the pressure going way too low.
Do not do what some people do during the Winter low temperatures and ignore the low pressure warning in the morning and just drive until the tire heats up and the alarm goes off. Adjust your tire psi as outside temperatures dictate.

I started out in cold temperature, and set my tire pressures accordingly, and drove into a much warmer temperatures within hours , and I got some crazy high pressures plus the warning . I now know that I can set my tires at a little below what I like, not a lot . My tires I set for 100 psi normally , if real cold Iโ€™ll set them for 95 , most of the time getting in the warmer climate they will be at a 100, sometimes more so I will let a little out .

The cold inflation should be set per the load inflation table. I've seen 140F+ on my tires.

I've replaced 2 sets of G670 tires with river edge wear.

Are you asking about your tires or your TPMS , I thought you were asking about the TST , the book tells you what you need to know :h

Follow the guidelines in the book , it calls for 20-25 % on high pressure , I went 25, mine creeped just over the 20 %. So I reset at 25 . I left the temperature at the default at 158. And 10% on low pressure.
