Travato Murphy bed

I want to get a seat belt extender for the Murphy bed in my 2015 Travato. The seat belt that holds the bed closed is too short to be able to fold bedding in also. Has anyone else done this?

buy a replacement from winney and use those clamps and any good tack shop could fix the rest.

The problem is that standard extenders are 7/8" or 1" and the Travato is 1 1/4".

Amazon has them. Just search "seat belt extender" I'd give you a link but the forum software is acting up right now.

all airplanes carry or used to carry them for portly flyers. should be available somewhere. don't know what type of fasteners they use but the belting should be available fairly easily.
