Travato running boards addition

I have a 2015 Winnebago Travato that is a little difficult to enter without a running board on the Driver and Passenger side. The Dealer who sold it doesn't know where to get one or if one can be purchased or installed. I am waiting to hear from Winnebago but not sure they will respond. Has anyone installed running boards on the Travato?

See if you can find a Roadtrek Zion to look at. The one I saw had motorized steps on both the passenger and driver side front doors. Perhaps you can get a make and model number off of them.

The Zion steps are made by Thule http://docs.thulegroup.com/ThuleRVaccessories/ThuleRVCatalogueEN/?Page=75

IF you put in running boards, just do the short ones that cover under the front doors.

If you get the long ones, you'll have interferences with the LP fill and the low point drains on the driver's side, and the autostep on the passenger side.

Look up Promaster running boards. I'm sure some smart business person has them for sale on the web.
