Next will be the house batteries. Two are about 10 years old and the other two are about 9.5 years old. The Charge Wizard has kept them alive quite nicely. Only have had to add a little water 2-3 times a year.
Next on the list is to make sure the refrigerator works OK on gas and the hot water heater works on gas and electricity.
Then freshen the water in the tank (drain, some bleach mixture, then fill and drain several times).

Tried to find the cause of the leak from the rear A/C during heavy rains this past weekend. Tightened the mounting bolts and added some sealant. Will have to wait and see if that fixes it. Also polished the exhaust extension (can't stand a dinghy chrome stack).
Sugar, you may have to replace the gasket between the AC and roof. They are designed to be "squished" a certain amount and there is a torque spec on the mounting bolts, you shouldn't need any sealant if the gasket is in good condition and tightened to specs... I just replaced the gasket on the front AC and the cost of the gasket was $12.00 and not a hard job.

new shelving unit my wife and I made
replacing our kitchenette countertop with bamboo
installing new kitchen faucet
painting oven
installing slides to kitchen drawers (no more plastic guide sliding over a wood track!)
creating a drawer out of a bamboo utensil holder
We started most of that yesterday (except for the shelves) and completed some electrical upgrades (replacing outlets and adding another one). We should be all done tomorrow. Then it's time for the next project ๐
