Installed new magnets to hold the screen door against the outer door, fixed the latch of the inside sliding bathroom screen (now its magnetic) and finished/tested my new electric water heater conversion.

Signed all the paperwork and spent 3 hours transferring everything from the old TT into the C. Definitely time to do some culling.

Today I finished up my electric upgrade for my water heater. The element is small and replaces the drain valve. It's only a 425 Watt element but it gets the water hot enough. When I was putting it all together, I saw that the tank has two large bosses for anode rods. Looks like I could replace one of the anodes with a thread in element and upgrade to 1500 Watts for $20. Either way, adding on the electric to your propane only heater is a good way to save gas and take advantage of the shore power at a camp site.

Got the TV mounted finally.. such a pain to break it down every time. Still need get the wire molding and run the wires and the switch for the amplifier. Not sure if I should figure something out for support going down the road.

Not knowing the whole story I would say YES. Can't be too careful with speeds at 50 MPH and a bump.

Think I had a idea for straps. Technically it's held to the cabinet by four grade 8 bolts and 3 bolts from the base to the arm it almost pull the TV or cabinet a part first.

I think some got there facts wrong when the V10 came in 98 is was called E Superduty because at the time it was a cross between a E350 and E450 frame of a E450 suspension front E350. You will see when you buy parts and yet its got the same GVW as 450

Hi,

I thought the V-10 started in 1999? Is it an E 350 (not 360)?

I did belts and hoses on mine as soon as I got it, too. You may wish to add getting the brake fluid replaced.

Our first Class C MH was a 1997 E350 V10 and the first year for the Ford F53 V10 (Class A) was 1999.

"Do you have the amplifier for the antenna turned on?"...yes there's a little green indicator light on the plug-in....

There's 2 semi-easy ways I have for Next Step:
1) move RV to where the house cable can reach and screw the cable physically in to the RV circuit;

2) since we do live in a sort of Electronic Sargosso Sea, I can drive the RV to where the Tech Guy found the signals, and try around the area a bit.

Every time I read the manual & fiddle with it, I make it a little closer to the end of the chapter on the set up.

So far I can run the radio, play the CD. Big steps, gents. It's odd, as I get sort of mesmerized, and enjoy just sitting there without any signal interrupting my nap time.....

Been neglecting the generator so we ran it for a couple of hours today. Last month we had a tow/brake system installed for the Honda CRV. Now if we could just get some warmer weather!
