I've got a terrible leak in 2014 Georgetown. Dealer said it came from windshield and resealed it. Is this something that is reoccurring or once fixed is that it. What problems do I look for because of all the water. Its hard to believe that MH was not leaking when I got it 6 months ago. Don't they do water test on them?

Had a Winnebago Sightseer and the windshield leaked. Dealer pulled out 2-piece windshield and put sealant in and reinstalled it. Still leaked. Took it back, they redid it with a different sealant. Scrapped out previous sealant,
put different sealant in and reset windshield. Ended problems.

Had a 2009 Hurricane and water running down inside. Came from all the ICC lights. Removed, sealed the ICC lights and no more water.

x2 on seals shrinking due to hot, dry weather... same applies to seals around the windows.

X3 this time with an 08 Georgetown class a. I'm surprised other folks haven't discussed this before. Get those windshield seals and ICC light seals checked. How often? I don't know.

When I bought my Fleetwood new back in the 90's the windshield leaked during the first rainstorm . The windshield wasn't sealed correctly at the factory. Also during hot dry weather after time the sun will shrink your windshield seals and they will shrink and leak.

Dealer did a temp fix, until warranty runs out. Windshield needs to come out for proper long term fix.

Friends of ours bought a brand new class A. When they were doing their pre-delivery inspection it was raining very hard. Water was running down the inside of the windshield. They waited two or three hours while a new windshield was installed and they have not had any leak problems since.

suspect it was not sealed properly at factory. just keep an eye on it for future reference, but being it re-sealed should have correct the problem.

yes they do do some sort of water test, but only a short one.
